The process to get started is relatively easy, all you need is to submit:

Certificate of authority (MC/DOT).

Valid Insurance Certificate (Cargo and Liability).

W-9 Form (Will be emailed to you).

Dispatch Service Agreement.

Complete Carrier Profile Form (below).
When we have the documents and contracts signed we can start working immediately. The entire process should take less than a couple of hours.
