DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT WITH US

The process to get started is relatively easy, all you need is to submit:

  • Certificate of authority (MC/DOT).

  • Valid Insurance Certificate (Cargo and Liability).

  • W-9 Form (Will be emailed to you).

  • Dispatch Service Agreement.

  • Complete Carrier Profile Form (below).

When we have the documents and contracts signed we can start working immediately. The entire process should take less than a couple of hours.
